I forgot my password

Open Termind, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, and we will email you a reset link. The link opens on the same device where you tapped it.

I want to delete my account

Open Termind, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, tasks, comments, attachments, and workspace memberships. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via the web: termind.tech/delete-account.html.

I am not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are enabled at the OS level (Settings app → Termind → Notifications) and inside Termind (Settings → Push notifications → Enabled). On iOS, the first sign-in triggers the system permission prompt; if you tapped Don't Allow, re-enable it from the system Settings app.

The app is showing old data

Pull down on the task list to refresh. If a workspace is still empty after refresh, sign out and sign back in.

I want to invite a teammate

Workspace invitations are sent from the desktop app: Settings → Members → Invite by Email. Recipients receive a magic link that lands on this site and opens Termind once accepted.

Reporting a bug or requesting a feature

Email samabuzarifa@gmail.com with a short description and a screenshot if possible. Tell us your OS, app version (Settings → About), and the steps to reproduce.

System status

Termind syncs through Supabase. If you suspect an outage, you can check status at status.supabase.com. Email us if you are still seeing issues after that page is green.
