Information We Collect

Account data

When you sign up, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and profile photo.

Task and workspace data

All tasks, projects, comments, and workspace content you create are stored in our database and processed to provide the service.

Usage data

We may collect anonymized analytics about how features are used to improve the product. This never includes the content of your tasks.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Termind
• To send transactional emails (invitations, magic links)
• To respond to support requests
• To send product updates if you opt in

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Supabase for database hosting, Resend for email delivery).

AI Features

When you use AI features (task breakdown, prioritization), your task titles and descriptions are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate suggestions. This data is processed according to Google's API data use policy.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete account) or by following the steps on our Delete account page. Operational logs are purged within 30 days; database backups within 30 days after deletion.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure your data is only accessible to authorized members of your workspace.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
