Delete your account

Easiest way: delete in the app

Open Termind on iOS or macOS, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and all data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, password, profile)
• All tasks, projects, comments, and attachments you created
• Workspace memberships (workspaces you own are transferred or deleted depending on whether other members exist)
• Push tokens and notification preferences
• Any cached data on your devices (cleared on next sign-in)

What is not deleted

• Operational logs (request timestamps, IP addresses) retained up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then purged automatically.
• Backups created before the deletion may persist for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.

Cannot access the app?

Email samabuzarifa@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with subject line Delete my Termind account. Include the email of the account you want deleted. We process these requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.

This is permanent

There is no recovery period. Once deletion is processed, your data cannot be restored.
