Termind provides an AI-assisted task management application available as a desktop app for macOS. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at samabuzarifa@gmail.com. You must be at least 16 years old to use Termind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use AI features to generate harmful or deceptive content

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create in Termind. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI features (task breakdown, prioritization) are provided as suggestions only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output. AI suggestions may be inaccurate.

6. Billing

Termind offers a free tier. Paid plans, if applicable, are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting samabuzarifa@gmail.com.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
